JOGJA RUN D-CITY

Pendaftaran

1. Peserta wajib mendaftar melalui website resmi detik event.
2. Biaya pendaftaran tidak dapat dikembalikan (non-refundable) dengan alasan apapun.
3. Peserta dapat berasal dari Warga Negara Indonesia atau Warga Negara Asing yang memiliki identitas resmi (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT/KK/KITAS). 
4. Pendaftaran bersifat final, tidak dapat dialihkan kepada pihak lain, tidak dapat mengubah kategori lomba, dan peserta menyetujui seluruh peraturan yang berlaku.

Ketentuan Peserta

• Peserta wajib melakukan pendaftaran resmi melalui panitia atau platform yang ditentukan.
• Peserta harus mengisi data diri dengan benar dan lengkap.
• Usia peserta harus sesuai kategori lomba (misalnya 5K, 10K, half marathon, dll).
• Peserta harus dalam kondisi sehat dan fit untuk mengikuti lomba.

Kesehatan Peserta

1. Peserta wajib berada dalam kondisi sehat saat mengikuti acara.
2. Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab atas risiko kesehatan pribadi yang timbul selama acara.
3. Disarankan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan sebelum mengikuti event.

Racepack

1. Setiap peserta berhak mendapatkan: Jersey resmi, BIB number, Medali Finisher, Refreshment.
2. Peserta wajib mengambil race pack sebelum hari lomba.

Peraturan Lomba

1. Peserta wajib mengenakan BIB number resmi di bagian depan jersey.
2. Peserta dilarang menggunakan kendaraan, sepeda, atau alat bantu lain saat berlari, memotong jalur, menggantikan peserta lain
3. Peserta harus mengikuti instruksi marshal dan panitia di lapangan
4. Peserta wajib mengikuti rute yang sudah ditentukan panitia.

Diskualifikasi

Peserta dapat didiskualifikasi jika:

• Tidak memakai BIB resmi
• Memotong jalur lomba
• Bertindak tidak sportif
• Menggunakan identitas peserta lain

Keamanan & Ketertiban

1. Peserta wajib menjaga sportivitas, ketertiban, dan tidak merusak fasilitas umum.
2. Dilarang membawa benda berbahaya, narkoba, atau minuman keras.
3. Keputusan panitia bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

Dokumentasi & Publikasi

Panitia berhak menggunakan foto dan video peserta untuk keperluan publikasi tanpa kompensasi.

Force Majeure

Jika acara dibatalkan karena bencana, force majeure, atau kebijakan pemerintah, maka jadwal akan ditentukan ulang, dan biaya pendaftaran tidak dapat dikembalikan

Registration

1. Participants must register through the official Detik Event website.
2. The registration fee is non-refundable for any reason.
3. Participants may be Indonesian citizens or foreign nationals who possess valid identification (ID Card/Driver’s License/Passport/Family Card/KITAS).
4. Registration is final and cannot be transferred to another person, the race category cannot be changed, and participants agree to all applicable rules and regulations.

Participant Requirements

• Participants must complete official registration through the committee or the designated platform.
• Participants must fill in their personal information accurately and completely.
• Participants’ age must match the race category (for example: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, etc.).
• Participants must be physically healthy and fit to take part in the race.

Participant Health

1. Participants must be in good health when joining the event.
2. The organizers are not responsible for personal health risks that may occur during the event.
3. Participants are advised to undergo a medical check-up before participating.

Race Pack

1. Each participant is entitled to receive: Official jersey, BIB number, Finisher medal, Refreshments
2. Participants must collect their race pack before race day.

Race Regulations

1. Participants must wear the official BIB number on the front of their jersey.
2. Participants are prohibited from using vehicles, bicycles, or other assistive devices while running, cutting the course, or substituting another participant.
3. Participants must follow instructions from race marshals and event officials on the course.
4. Participants must follow the official route determined by the organizers.

Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified if they:

1. Do not wear an official BIB
2. Cut the race course
3. Act unsportsmanlike
4. Use another participant’s identity

Safety & Order

1. Participants must maintain sportsmanship, order, and must not damage public facilities.
2. It is prohibited to bring dangerous items, drugs, or alcoholic beverages.
3. All decisions made by the event committee are final and binding.

Documentation & Publication

The organizers reserve the right to use photos and videos of participants for promotional or publication purposes without compensation.

Force Majeure

If the event is canceled due to natural disasters, force majeure, or government policy, the schedule will be rescheduled, and the registration fee will remain non-refundable.
